With the arrival of the Co-Operative on the legal landscape, comes the emergence of “cheap and (perhaps not so) cheerful” selling of vitally important family law services. What is Collaborative Law?

Posted on 05/10/12, filed under Family Law, News | No Comments

It differs greatly to the traditional approach of lawyers sending letters backwards and forwards, and necessarily increasing the costs for each party. Collaborative Law brings both parents, or the separating couple, together, in the same room, with their lawyers, for meetings which enable everyone’s views to be acknowledged. The process can be used… read the rest of “What is Collaborative Law?”
