Rob Fawcett is Head of the Commercial Property Department of the firm. Rob’s expertise lies in advising owners and tenants of multi-let Garden Centres on property related issues. In particular, Rob has advised one of the firm’s clients in relation to the acquisition of over 100 concessions in Garden Centres across the country.
Rob also oversees a team of lawyers who are able to provide such clients with advice on all areas of law involved in running a business in this specialist industry.
Much of the firm’s work in this area involves buying and selling Garden Centres and wholesale and retail nurseries, concession leases/licences, corporate refinancing and advising on planning agreements.
