The Launch of the Worthing Collaborative Pod…

Most of us are familiar with Mediation as an alternative to Court proceedings now. Hot on the tails of Mediation is Collaborative law, which has floated across the Atlantic Ocean, on a wave of conciliation and understanding.

The Collaborative approach has been adopted by many A list celebrities, including Madonna and Guy Ritchie, a few years back, and one could say that there is no greater endorsement. It is a form of dispute resolution which, just like Mediation, gives decision making back to our Clients, in a safe, dignified and private way, with an agreement having been entered into by all concerned (yes, that includes the lawyers) not to go to Court! It is a respectful means of discussing all family issues and it is a powerful option for all Clients seeking a considered and expert handling of those areas which are most important to them.

So, it is with great pleasure that I announce the launch of the Worthing Collaborative Pod (group)! Bennett Griffin are thrilled to be a part of this group which is bursting with local talented lawyers and financial and pension experts, all waiting to assist anyone who is attracted to this new way of working.

Please take a look at our website https://www.worthingfamilylaw.com/ . We look forward to working with you soon.
