Most people in the UK have been bothered at one time or another by unsolicited texts or cold calls from Claim’s Management Companies asking whether you’ve had an accident in the last three years or telling you that you could be due money from the mis-selling of payment protection insurance.
Recently the government have announced that proposals are being put forward that will impose fines on the very worst offenders, based on the turnover of the company and the nature of the offences.
