Bennett Griffin teams up with local businesses to make Worthing Dementia Friendly
Bennett Griffin were delighted to be involved in Worthing Dementia Action Alliance‘s Dementia Friendly Community Business Launch with other local businesses from Worthing which took place on Tuesday 28th March.
The event highlighted how businesses and organisations can enhance their customer and client experiences, as well as be supportive to their staff who juggle caring responsibilities in addition to demanding workplace roles.
Bennett Griffin regularly offer open Dementia Friends sessions to members of the public and are strong advocates within the business community of dementia friendly business environments and supporting those with Dementia.
Ian Macara said: “The sessions show how some seemingly small things their staff can do help those affected by dementia or their carers and can make a huge difference to their experience as their clients.”
