The 4th annual BG Big Beach Volleyball Tournament 2014 took place at Worthing Sand Courts, Splash Point on the evening of Friday 5 September 2014.
The tournament brought together 7 teams representing Bennett Griffin, Carpenter Box, Jelf Insurance, HD Tribe Ltd, 1 Crown Office Row, Kingsley Group and Spofforths, with Kingsley Group going unbeaten through the tournament and eventually triumphing in the grand final against last year’s winners, Carpenter Box.
The tournament was played in great spirit and was much enjoyed.
Furthermore over £550 was raised by the participating teams for St Barnabas, who’s Community Fundraising Manager, Neil Francis, attended to pick up the cheque and congratulate Bennett Griffin and the other teams for the efforts on behalf of the patients and families who depend on St Barnabas.
