Isabel Alderton-Sell

Isabel Alderton-Sell is an Associate Solicitor, Deputy Head of Property and Head of Conveyancing.

She oversees the day to day running of the property team at Bennett Griffin as a whole: residential property, commercial property and development.

In addition, Isabel has a caseload of development projects acting for both housebuilders and landowners, as well as acting for clients who have portfolios of commercial properties.

Chrissie Edwards

Chrissie Edwards is an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property Department dealing with all aspects of Commercial Property Law.

A committee member of the Worthing Law Society, Chrissie specialises in property finance, freehold sales and purchases, auction sales and working with commercial landlords and tenants.

Hannah Holloway

Hannah Holloway is a paralegal, working closely with developers to ensure a smooth plot sales process from reservation to completion.

Currently studying for the Council of Licensed Conveyancers Level 4 Diploma, Hannah intends to complete the Level 6 Diploma next and ultimately become a Licensed Conveyancer.

Charlotte Rainford

Charlotte Rainford is a paralegal dealing with various aspects of Commercial Property Law as well as working with developers on plot sales.

She is currently studying through CILEx alongside her work. Once this is complete, she is keen to undertake the LLM Legal Practice Course to qualify as a Solicitor.
