This December Bennett Griffin are proud to join with Bowel Cancer UK to save lives by growing a beard. This charity is very personal to us at Bennett Griffin, as our Managing Partner, Kate Hallin was diagnosed in March 2018 with Bowel Cancer at just 39. Kate has been extremely lucky that this dreadful disease was caught early and after surgery and chemotherapy she is on the road to being given the all clear. However so many others are not as lucky as Kate and as such we want to do what we can to raise money and awareness of this disease. Every 15 minutes someone is diagnosed with Bowel cancer, making 42,000 every year. More than 2500 people under 50 are diagnosed in the UK every year.
