Reading Time: < 1 minute

In the wake of the current COVID-19 situation, as of 27 March 2020, there has been a decision made that the Court Service will suspend all ongoing housing possession actions.

Cases currently in the system, or any about to go in the system, can not progress to the stage where someone could be evicted. This suspension of housing possessions action will last for 90 days, but can be extended thereafter if needed.
