We recognise that many clients now use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to look up legal information. While these tools can be helpful for general explanations, they are known to produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading legal statements, and they cannot take account of your specific circumstances.

For this reason, we cannot accept AI-generated content as evidence of the law, nor will we enter into disputes regarding what an AI tool has stated. Our advice is based on the actual law, professional judgment, and regulatory obligations. Where our advice differs from information you have obtained from an AI system, our advice should be regarded as authoritative.
