Emma is a Case Worker within the Care, Capacity and Court of Protection team based in the Ferring office, having joined the firm in December 2011 on a voluntary/temporary basis and becoming a legal assistant in June 2013.
Emma assists two solicitors within the team and helps to create Lasting Powers of Attorney, the relevant forms for a Court of Protection application and other legal documents including Statutory Wills.
Emma is currently working towards qualifying as a Legal Executive, having completed the CILEx Level 3 Certificate & Professional Diploma in Law and Practice, and attending Chichester College to complete the CILEx Level 6 Professional Higher Diploma in Law and Practice.
In her spare time Emma enjoys weekly Zumba classes, reading a variety of books and socialising with friends.
