Rhys is a Bennett Griffin Trusted Assistant
Rhys has a background in education, and he has been teaching children aged 11-18 for 37 years in six schools in Devon and West Sussex. The high point in his career was when he became Deputy Head teacher at Worthing High School for over 20 years. In the last few years of his career at the school Rhys became Director of Enterprise and was actively involved in creating excellent business and community links with the school – some of the best in England.
He has a passion for modern languages and speaks Spanish and French.
Rhys enjoys meeting and helping people and couldn’t have wished for a better role at the end of his working career. He is aware of the many issues facing people today, having coordinated all the affairs of his late beloved mother and also supporting his aged father who has dementia and is resident in a local care home in Worthing. Rhys believes in being honest with people and he has a high sense of values instilled in him by his loving parents.
Finally Rhys has a passion for sport, and, of course rugby as a true Welshman. He was fortunate to have played top flight rugby for Perpignan in France and Glamorgan Wanderers in Wales. Now he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
