Isabel Alderton-Sell

Isabel is an Associate Solicitor, Deputy Head of Property and Head of Conveyancing. She deals with all types of property transactions but specialises in residential development projects, including site acquisition, site set up and overseeing the plot sale disposals.

Theresa Trory

Theresa is a Chartered Legal Executive with almost 30 years of residential conveyancing experience in Sussex.
She has worked in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity regarding both freehold and leasehold property. Theresa also advises on the purchase, sale and staircasing of shared ownership properties. She has particular experience in dealing with lease extensions, acting for both freeholders and leaseholders in statutory claims and negotiated arrangements.

Richard Arnold

Richard joined the firm in May 2010 as a Legal Assistant and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2019. With over ten years of experience working on residential property transactions and conveyancing matters, he can expertly advise on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and property transfers, both for freehold and leasehold properties.

Dean Skinner

Dean qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and joined Bennett Griffin in January 2022. He specialises in residential conveyancing and property transactions – including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages – and has a wealth of knowledge in dealing with property matters.

Hannah Holloway

Hannah is a paralegal, dealing with routine sales, transfers of equity and purchases, as well as working closely with developers to ensure a smooth plot sales process from reservation to completion. Currently studying for the Council of Licensed Conveyancers Level 4 Diploma, Hannah intends to complete the Level 6 Diploma next and ultimately become a Licensed Conveyancer.
