Richard Adams Features in the Huffington Post
Our Head of the Family Department, Richard Adams, has been featured on the online website Huffington Post this weekend in a blog arguing why current surrogacy laws in the UK are both out of date and harmful to children.
Surrogacy is an increasingly popular option for many couples who are otherwise unable to have children, with many entering into surrogacy arrangements overseas, yet many are unaware of the legal pitfalls that can await this complex area. Richard explains how the current laws aren’t working and what he believes needs to be changed to make them fairer for all involved. You can read the article here.
Richard has experience in the law relating to alternative family formations including assisted reproduction and surrogacy. If you are seeking any advice or information in relation to these issues, please contact him on 01903 229938 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss further.
