  • Communicating With You

At Bennett Griffin we have always tried to ensure you have access to our team no matter the situation, or your personal needs.  The recent Covid-19 situation highlighted the necessity for many businesses, and law firms in particular, to be able to communicate with their clients using different methods than the traditional face-to-face meeting we have all been used to and perhaps even taken for granted as an option.

In light of the further guidelines issued by the Government on Monday 4th January 2021, that despite the Lockdown coming into force from midnight on 5th January 2021 as specified by the Prime Minister, we can confirm that our physical office at 1 Liverpool Gardens will remain open for urgent matters only, in accordance with the government guidance. The Law Society has confirmed that people are allowed to leave their home to fulfill a legal obligation, including attending court, or to participate in legal proceedings. They can also access public services such as asylum or immigration advice or services provided by charities and voluntary organisations. We can offer appointments by telephone and video call. However in the event that a face-to-face meeting is required we will discuss this with you and we must stress that face to face meetings are strictly by appointment only.

The health and safety of our staff and clients remains, as before, paramount.

All of our teams remain available and can be contacted either through their email addresses, direct dials or via our reception number (01903 229999). We continue to act on behalf of all of our clients with the same exceptional and professional service as always and we are able to continue to take on new matters to assist new and existing clients during this lockdown.

If you are looking for a resilient legal partner you can trust and work alongside then visit our With You, or With Your Business pages to find out more.  Alternatively, get in touch with our team today on 01903 229999 or by completing our contact form below.
