Hasmah Mok
Overview
Hasmah is a Solicitor within our Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Team.
She joined Bennett Griffin within the Court of Protection Team in 2022 where she specialised in assisting Deputies and Attorneys with the management of financial affairs for individuals without mental capacity. She had a focus on helping all parties navigate the complexity that comes with vulnerable clients and how to best protect their interests.
Hasmah qualified as a Solicitor in 2025 and now specialises in assisting those affected by injury. Following on from her previous experience, Hasmah believes in ensuring that every client’s claim is approached with care. Her goal is always to work towards ensuring a supportive and collaborative approach is put in place with the client’s best interest at the forefront.
Hasmah also assists her colleagues in her team with the day to day of their running of their cases.

- Bachelor of Laws – LLB (Hons) 2017
- Masters of Laws – LLM, International Law 2018
- LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management 2019
