Overview
I am an Associate Licensed Conveyancer within the Residential Property team. With over 25 years residential conveyancing experience in Sussex, I bring a clear understanding of the stresses moving house can bring and a desire to do what I can to alleviate this as much as possible, with a down to earth approach.
I have experience of all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity in respect of both freehold and leasehold property. I also advise on the purchase, sale and staircasing of shared ownership properties. I have particular experience in dealing with lease extensions, acting for both freeholders and leaseholders in both statutory claims and negotiated arrangements.
Outside of work I enjoy reading and spending time with family.
Qualifications
I specialise in residential conveyancing transactions with over 25 years experience and I qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2006.
