Everyone has the right to feel safe, especially in their own home.

We understand that there are times when you require immediate advice and action in relation to serious and sensitive issues which are affecting your safety and/or that of your family.

We are experienced in taking details from those who are suffering from mental, physical, and/or sexual abuse, and in offering appropriate legal advice as to the options available. In doing so, we give you the space to make the right decision for you, and allow you to take action when you are ready to do so.

Our priority is to ensure that you have the right legal advice for you, in accordance with the Family Law Act 1996 (Part IV), or otherwise, so that your well-being, and that of your family, is safeguarded. Whatever action you choose to take will be explained to you fully, along with what is likely to happen if you start Court proceedings for a Non-Molestation Injunction Order and/or an Occupation Injunction Order.

Jackie Mensah has been accredited by Resolution, the association of family lawyers, as a specialist in domestic abuse, and all members of the team have been awarded the Government’s Help and Support For Separated Families Kite Mark.

This kitemark is given to those who have demonstrated a vision, and includes promoting collaboration wherever possible to reduce conflict. This can benefit the children who are experiencing the dispute, and as such, suffering the abuse also.
