Overview
I have experience in all aspects of corporate law and commercial contracts. Generally, the type of work I deal with includes company and unincorporated business sales and purchases (both share and asset), partnership and shareholder agreements, funding and finance transactions, loan agreements, bespoke commercial contracts and general business advice.

Recent Cases
- Acting for landowners in relation to a promotion agreement regarding their land with the intention of the land in question being developed and sold, with sale costs to be equalised and distributed amongst the landowner, neighbour and developer;
- Drafting an agreement for the sale and purchase of shares in a family-run business;
- Acting for a range of businesses, from IT to religious organisations, in relation to commercial contracts required for business aspects of each of their organisations;
- Drafting a non-regulated loan agreement with bespoke terms to be secured by way of legal charge against the borrower’s property;
- Providing independent legal advice as per the bank lender’s requirements;
- Dealing with an asset sale and purchase transaction in the hospitality industry;
- Working alongside other members in the Corporate & Commercial Department on a £3.5m sale of a security business;
- Drafting and serving Section 5 (L&TA 1987) Notices on qualifying leaseholders by the freeholder client;
- Drafting terms and conditions of business for an IT software and equipment company;
- Review and general corporate advice on a variety of subjects to a variety of companies.
