Dear All,
As you will be aware the coronavirus outbreak has created unprecedented uncertainty for all businesses in the UK and around the world.
At Bennett Griffin, we would like to emphasise that our first and foremost priority is the safety and well-being of our clients, colleagues and contacts.
I can therefore confirm that we have robust plans in place that are being reviewed on a daily basis to take into account each change as it develops. We are continuing to follow the Government’s advice and many of our colleagues are already successfully working from home remotely as our systems allow us access to all files digitally. This is enabling us to continue to support our clients and their cases fully.
We understand how important that it is to keep in touch, however we will now only be having face-to-face contact in urgent and exceptional circumstances. Your usual contact will be able to make suitable arrangements for any telephone conferences or video calls instead. We will also be limiting access to our office for visitors and as such if you need to drop anything off to us, please pop it in the postbox outside which is reviewed regularly. We apologise in advance for any offence that may be caused by us not allowing access to our office, but we trust that you understand that we must keep our staff safe.
We will also be using email and telephone as our main form of communication going forward, so please make a note of your Lawyer’s email address and telephone number.
We also know that people may be worried about the impact coronavirus could have in the coming months. We will be providing regular blogs and updates on our website from our various Lawyers to discuss these impacts and how we can assist you, your families and your businesses prepare for the future.
