Reading Time: < 1 minute

Our Family Law team are back with the next episode of their popular Family Matters podcast!

For anyone that has not seen an episode, our family team of Jackie Mensah and Sarah Pennicott help to make sense of the many areas surrounding Family Law, often with special guests in a chosen speciality.

We have documented the previous episodes on our website via our dedicated section, but if you’d like you can catch up with all our podcasts over at our specialist YouTube playlist.

In this episode, Jackie and Sarah are joined by Cerys Sayer of Westgate Chambers. Cerys is regularly instructed in financial remedy matters regarding the division of marital assets, the enforcement of such orders and the associated costs. Cerys is also regularly instructed by parents in relation to child arrangement cases, and her expertise extends to cases that involve parental alienation, coercive control, complex domestic abuse and honour-based violence as well as specific issue orders, prohibited steps and relocation.

During this really informative session, we discuss the importance of the welfare and the needs of the child and Cerys shares what can be done to mitigate any instances of parental alienation, as well as how the court views cases.

If you would like to discuss any issues regarding divorce, relationship breakdown or any Family Law related aspect, please contact Sarah or Jackie on 01903 229999 or info@bennett-griffin.co.uk.
