Arrangements for Children at Christmas – Legal Mythbusting

Posted by the Family Law team on 29th November 2022

Agreeing on child custody is often the biggest hurdle to overcome during divorce and Christmas time is no exception. Often both parents want to spend the holidays with their children and conflicts can arise between the divorced parties.

In the latest episode of their popular ‘Family Matters – Legal Mythbusting’ podcast, Jackie Mensah & Sarah Pennicott discuss arrangements for children at Christmas.

Jackie and Sarah are joined by Laura Buchan of Westgate Chambers to who shares her knowledge and expertise across the entire remit of Family Law, and how approaching Christmas with a logical and common-sense approach can help make the upheaval of child arrangements a less stressful one.

If you would like to discuss any issues regarding divorce or relationship breakdown, please contact Sarah or Jackie on 01903 229999 or info@bennett-griffin.co.uk.
