Jeremy Wootton

I joined Bennett Griffin in May of 2015 after spending over 30 years with a major regional South-East based Law Firm. I am delighted to have made that move to Bennett Griffin and over the past few years working with my colleagues in the Commercial Property Team we have grown and developed an experienced and very capable team of Commercial Property Lawyers who enjoy working together.

We pride ourselves on the wide variety and quality of projects that we work on. We enjoy working closely with our clients and their professional teams, ensuring that objectives and timetables are understand and achieved.

Recent Cases

There are numerous developments within the County of West Sussex and further afield that I can point to where landmark new-build developments covering the range from multi-unit residential sites to significant commercial/industrial space have been completed.

Multi-site high street retail, restaurant and licensed premises, franchised take-away and home delivery operators and premium high street retailers.
